Guilty Açaí is more than a shop — it’s a delicious experience in the heart of Sintra. We serve the world’s creamiest and most indulgent açaí in a self-service, by-weight format, so every bowl is as unique as you are. But that’s just the beginning: handcrafted toasties, crispy waffles, smooth crepes, irresistible bubble waffles, signature cocktails, and premium gins.

All enjoyed on our chic outdoor terrace, overlooking the breathtaking Sintra Castle. As the sun sets, the atmosphere turns magical — the perfect place to unwind, toast, and indulge. Because late afternoons deserve flavour, elegance, and a hint of sweet guilt.

A Rustic touch in the Historical Centre of Sintra

This shop is located in Sintra’s historical centre, opposite the Royal Palace, has over 30 years’ history and was the first wine-cellar and shop in Sintra.

At the start it focused mainly on Porto wine, and later began to sell white, red, “green”, or rosé wines divided into the country’s wine regions.

The original wine cellar has been restored and is now a cosy space, which reminds one of a winery, and boasts a centuries-old granite wall.
